The Impact of KCCBS Supporters

Left to right, Mike Askew, Larry Doyle, Jamie (Wells) Askew, Graduates of KCCBS

Recently I looked back through my school yearbooks over the last ten years and was amazed to realize how great an impact your investment has made. I cannot take the space to list all of the students that we are proud to say graduated from our college but let me give you a few examples:

Darren Cornell is serving the Lord in Washington, D.C. He is working in the inner city with underprivileged and needy people.

Chad Pollard and his wife Kari are the pastors of the growing Appleton City, Missouri Church of God (Holiness). God is blessing as they give of themselves for His service.

David Woods is pastoring the home missions Church of God (Holiness) in Wichita, Kansas. This past month they have gained three new adults into their congregation. One of these people was wonderfully converted on his third visit to the church.

Matt Lee is pastoring the Bible Fellowship church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Lord is graciously using him to win more people into the kingdom of God.

Jonathan and Becky Woods pastor the Pomona, California Church of God (Holiness). In the past two years their attendance has doubled in size.

Brandon Speak pastors the Lockhart, Mississippi Church of God (Holiness). One of his parishioners wrote to say that their congregation is grateful to Kansas City College and Bible School for producing such wonderful ministers of the gospel.

Allen Elsey is the youth minister at the Rosedale Church of God (Holiness). Because of his leadership and hard work, the church has a large flourishing youth group.

Jim and Cindy Purtle are serving admirably as the youth pastors at the El Dorado Springs, Missouri Church of God (Holiness).

Tim Scott is employed at the El Dorado Christian School using his wit, charm and ingenuity to train young people to use their talents and abilities for the Lord.

Ben Nelson is the assistant principal at Overland Christian Schools. His management skills and work ethic amaze those around him.

Tawnya Smith faithfully teaches at the Overland Christian School. She has expanded her spiritual influence beyond the classroom by starting a Girls' Prayer Group.

Nathan Teed, Graduate of KCCBS

Nathan and Maria Teed are the recently hired youth pastors at the Maysville, Arkansas Church of God (Holiness).

Renee Teed teaches at the Mt. State Holiness Bible School in Culloden, West Virginia. Those who know her have been amazed at her ability in the classroom.

Larry Doyle is in Papua New Guinea as a Bible translator for Wycliffe while serving as a Church of God (Holiness) missionary.

Kevin and Aimee Askew are pastoring the growing Church of God (Holiness) in Belton, Missouri.

Aaron and Lisa Profitt are working at God's Bible School.

Greg and Heather Smith are helping start a new Church of God (Holiness) in Pueblo West, Colorado.

Greg Wright serves capably as a printer at the Herald and Banner Press.

I hope that this partial but representative list of KCCBS graduates from the last ten years has been enough to impress you with the realization of the importance of this ministry.

I wish I had room to tell you about the potential that is wrapped up in our current student body. Your money is well spent when you give to the Lord by supporting Kansas City College and Bible School.

Please consider giving an even greater offering at this time than you have in the past. The challenges are great. We must do our best not to limit God's intentions for His work.

We hope you will support of Kansas City College and Bible School!
