Finances:
- Instructions for making a Paypal payment.
If you do not have a Paypal account and wish to pay with credit card:
- Go to the Student Finance section.
- Click on the button labeled "Make a Payment."
- Fill in the amount of your payment in the appropriate box.
- Click on "Secure Checkout."
- Select "Shipping is not required" and press "Continue Checkout."
- Fill in the appropriate information and select "Continue Checkout."
- Confirm information and select "Pay."
- You will receive a receipt via email.
If you have a Paypal account:
- Go to the Student Finance section.
- Click on the button labeled "Make a Payment."
- Fill in the amount of your payment in the appropriate box.
- Sign in to Paypal account.
- Confirm information and select "No shipping address required."
- Fill in your name for proper crediting of payment.
- Select "Pay."
- You will receive a receipt via email.
- What are my options for paying my student's bill?
The following two options are available for payment of accounts:
- Prepayment in full at the beginning of the semester.
- Payment through the monthly F.A.C.T.S. plan. This plan involves signing an automatic withdrawal agreement. Details are available in the business office. This option is not available for sponsors of foreign students who have foreign bank accounts.
Important: Textbooks, supplies, and fees cannot be charged on the student account, but must be paid in full at registration. KCCBS does not accept credit or debit cards.
- When will I be charged for classes I take during the interim session?
Normally, students register for the interim session during registration for the Fall semester. Those payments are added to the Fall semester bill. However, if a student registers late for the interim session, those payments will be added to his/her Spring semester bill.
Grades:
- Grades Policy: Unless the student is under the age of 18, the school must have on file a current and updated form stating that the student is a legal dependent of the parents OR a current signed and dated release from the student stating that grades can be released to the parents. Otherwise, grades cannot be sent to the parents.
- Graduation Status: Students with questions regarding graduation status should contact the college registrar.
