Request Transcript

Below are links to two similar, but different transcript request forms (PDF format).

• I need to send a transcript to KCCBS. Use this form if you need to send a transcript to Kansas City College and Bible School. Possible reasons why you would use this form is if you are transfering to KCCBS from another college, or are applying to work at KCCBS.
  
  
• I need to send a transcript from KCCBS. Use this form if you need KCCBS to send your transcript to another institution. Possible uses include job application, pursuing a higher education degree, or tranferring from KCCBS to another school.

Requests for transcripts must be in writing and must be signed and dated by the student. The first transcript is free. Subsequent requests should be accompanied by the $5.00 fee.
