A Message from the President

Kansas City College and Bible School is an institution that is dedicated to the success of its students. The leaders of the school are especially interested in helping each aspiring young person to develop spiritually and socially as well as intellectually.

Our mission is to prepare students to fulfill a special call from God, to provide a basic educational foundation from a biblical perspective, and to strengthen churches by training and equipping ministers and laymen for effective service. To accomplish this mission we continually strive to improve the educational environment and instruction. By equipping young people for life and not neglecting the spiritual nurture of the individual, we believe that we are truly doing our part in "building the local church at home and abroad."

Spiritual Climate

The Christian student will find that KCCBS is a place where a close relationship with God is encouraged. Many opportunities to enhance that relationship are available including student-led fasting and prayer (a student-led activity), evening witnessing (a student-led activity), dormitory devotions (a powerful time), tremendous chapel services, personal evangelism classes in which the student actually goes out into the community and attempts to lead people to the Lord, two school revivals, June General Camp and so forth.

Academic Excellence

KCCBS has an excellent cadre of professors who expect academic excellence. Not only do they excel in their classroom delivery but they also lead the students to stretch themselves academically and intellectually.

Affordable

The college has set its tuition rates to be comparable to those of the community colleges of the area. The student will have difficulty finding any private Bible college that has rates as low as those at KCCBS. We are concerned that our students leave our school free of debt and prepared to give their lives in total service to God.

Family Environment

The school is small and the community is bonded in a tight relationship of personal care for each other. At Kansas City College and Bible School you will find that your instructors want you to succeed in life and will do their best to help you achieve that success.
