Bachelor of Arts in Religion - Major in Pastoral Ministries

Upon the completion of a ministerial Bachelor of Arts program, the student should be able to:

  1. Confidently express God’s calling on his/her life.
  2. Display a passion for ministry.
  3. Demonstrate a compassion for people.
  4. Exercise effective leadership in the local church.
  5. Competently interpret and proclaim the Word of God.
  6. Responsibly plan the various services conducted in the local church.
  7. Counsel from a Christian perspective.
  8. Apply theoretical information received in the classroom to specific ministry opportunities.
